Is it Legal to List a Wholesale Deal on Zillow?

In the state of Virginia, would it be legal for me to publicly advertise a wholesale deal that I have under contract on Zillow, Facebook, Craigslist, etc...?

My contract states, “sellers agree that buyers may advertise property and have access during reasonable hours to show property to others”.

Just for clarification, I would be advertising the CONTRACT to buy the property, not the PROPERTY itself.
