Best way to keep all receipts ?

in case of audit... how do you find and show all the previous receipts?

Scan and put in hard drive?   or quickbooks app can store all receipts?

@David Smith there are apps that keep your receipts. Also, having an LLC with a bank account and CC help keep all expenditures under one "roof"
