480k acres record title in Tennessee

Since I have a undivided interest that has not been distributed from my mother’s estate, I would like to sell my undivided interest. In 1990, the Tennessee state legislature gave all mineral rights to the surface owners who filed for them. In some midwestern states, Supreme Court justices are in the opinion that the practice is unconstitutional. My mother filed a suit to quiet title, but it was thrown out of court without  prejudice on a technicality. The next step would be to take it to the Supreme Court of Tennessee. The potential is huge for the minerals. Counties include Fentress, Overton, Pickett, Bledsoe, and others.

With my undivided interest, the purchaser would be able to force a sale on the title. In addition, there is a gentleman’s agreement with a large investor who will match dollar for dollar for expenses in resolving the title, by gentleman’ agreement.

google “Sudduth brothers vs Kyanite” for court information on my mother’s suit to quiet title.
