Looking for Tax Adviser / Tax Preparer Referrals preferably from other Real estate investors, who are already in the business. We have an LLC in FL, and own one Duplex. Our LLC is owned by my wife and I, with our two little kids joining the business when legally allowable. We intend to continue investing in Duplexes, but I want to make sure we are taking advantage of all the tax benefits that come along with running an LLC and owning rental properties. Location is not important, as all interactions will be via phone and email
