Using a wyoming LLC to hold oregon real estate

I am involved with several other investors in the purchase of a large multi-family property in oregon. We will be forming an LLC amongst the partners to hold the property. I am trying to decide if it is worthwhile holding my share of this LLC under a Wyoming single owner LLC or personally. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas about this concerning what complications could arise and if the costs outweigh the benefits. I live in california and am new to the oregon system. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
