Tax season. How do I get a nice return?

Greetings. This upcoming tax season will be my first as a homeowner (currently own a triplex and I’m House hacking). I hear there are tax benefits for homeowners but I am not sure what they are. Anything I need to be doing now to ensure I get the most monies back? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@Simon Obas

Make sure you work with an accountant that specializes in real estate taxation.
