I'm looking for guidance as a new investor on what would be the best way to transfer my primary resident home in Florida from my personal name to a LLC and can anyone refer someone that can help me?

I'm not a lawyer but you can create the LLC any time. When you're ready to transfer it over to your LLC, have your title company do it. I have 5 properties I have to transfer over to various LLCs...
