Insurance renewal question

Hi.

So my insurance renewed my insurance without any notification. Nothing in the mail. No authorization. My monthly cost was $276. Today I was charged $809 to my bank by my insurance. I am now -$708 plus $36 overdraft bank fees. They apparently Renewed my policy without any notification. That is a $533 increase. What can I do? I’m at loss of words this is my first time ever having Insurance.
