Houston NEWBIE NEEDS A CPA

Hi. I recently upgraded to PRO and am looking for recommendations for how to find a CPA that specializes in real estate investing after listening to a podcast. I live in the Houston area but I'm investing in my hometown Cleveland, OH. I'm closing on my first duplex in 2 weeks. I'm looking to get a HELOC to help with my BRRRR strategy to secure a second duplex soon. I need to understand the advantages/disadvantages of using personal lines of credit vs business line as it relates to tax benefits. Your help is much appreciated.
