Hi, i am currently looking for any recommendations for a good real estate closing attorney in or around 48047 area code in Michigan. I know that there are plenty of good attorneys nation wide but i would like to have the option of talking to them in person if something came up. I plan on taking properties on a land trust and taking it subject to, or a lease opt.. So having a fast turn around time would be very high on the list of requirements. Thank you in advance!
