Insurance for 2 properties owned in the same LLC
If I own two rental properties in the same LLC, and the liability limit of the policy is, for example $500,000, does each property get it's own separate liability limit of $500,000, or is the $500,000 the max for the entire LLC and it's assets? (in other words, if this makes sense--if something bad happened at both properties at around the same time, would the policy only cover up to 500K total?). Thanks.
