Tax Software for Non-Residents
Hi,
I have been working in the US for about 2 years, and I have acquired a rental property during that time. I am a French citizen, not a green card holder. I may have an opportunity next year to take a job overseas, and was wondering how to do tax preparation for when I would become a non-resident, especially to capture my real estate losses.
I've heard recently of Sprintax, by Intuit, and I was wondering if anybody had used it. Any feedback to share? If not using Sprintax, how do you take care of your taxes if non-resident?
