Establishing a LLC Out of State and the Tax Implications

Hello BP Community, I'm looking to see if anyone has any experience, advice or referral for an asset professional. I live in CA and my business partner are in the process of purchasing another apartment complex in MO, we will do a multi member LLC however, in terms of anonymity and fees/admin am deciding where we want them. We have an S-Corp in CA but wanted to know what is the best way to structure it so that we are protected from any large liabilities and also the more favorable for tax implications.

Our previous investments were single LLC's in MO

Any help or referrals would be great, thank you!!
