Partnership agreement with contractor in Florida

I am a newbie developer in Florida and I am going to partner with a contractor to build new homes to lease. I think I would need a lawyer to write up the agreement as to what our duties and responsibilities to the partnership are going to be. Is there anyone on here that could help me in the state of Florida for a reasonable price as I know it is something that I am must do to secure my project
