351 Exchange For Rental Property into an LLC
I have a California LLC and will put my rental property into my California LLC,
I am sole owner, I will file a Grant Deed with my california LLC as Grantee,
if I transfer my property into my LLC should I do 351 exchange ? for stocks
or no need, my California LLC will be owned by my Wyoming LLC (Im also sole owner)
