Should i put vacant lots in my name or my LLC?
I have about 15 properties that i won in bids and now its time to decide where i want the deeds to be. Is it recommended that i have the company transfer the warranty deeds in my name or my LLC's?
The plan is to turn around and sell these land very soon for a profit.
Thank you
