Tax Lein Sale Question

Bobbie Rasbeary
Posted

I've found some property ( 2 lots side by side being sold together) that I'm interested in buying. My realtor checked into it and found out that its a Tax Lein Sale.

I did research on the county website and found that one of the lots says "Treasure's Deed" the other "Quit Claim".

My question is....

Can I purchase the "Redemption Right" so the owners can't take back the property in the allotted tume that the state allows?

And if so, how do I go about it?

Thanks in Advance.

Bobbie
