Second deed trust issues

Hello.

I have second deed trust on my property which hasn’t been paid many years. I am always current with my first mortgage and never missed payment. about 6 years ago I filled Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but the deed hasen’t been cleared, since it was secured by property.

Now the price of property went up and I have about $300,000 equity.

My question is what is the best option for me to deal with this second deed trust and what would be the best option to refinance and get cash out from my equity in this scenario?

Just fyi, the second deed trust was only $20,000.

Thanks
