Has anyone explored buying solar credits for your federal taxes?

I am interested in finding out if anyone else has explored this as an option or pursued it. What they are telling me is that they have an excess of solar tax credit and they are willing to sell them to me  at $.90 on the dollar. They would then give me a K-1 that would offset my federal tax liability entitled to a refund which day would take 10% as a commission.    I’ve been speaking with nick Polumbo, https://www.pehub.com/2013/07/...

Any insight into this area, or is it one of those too good to be true type of scams?
