Funding an llc in another state

Hi everyone here is my dilemma, I am trying to start the process of investing in realestate out of state. My LLC in Washington has all of our investment money in it's bank accounts here, how would one fund an out of state LLC using the money from my LLC in Washington so we can begin to buy elsewhere?
