Does anyone have an experience as to the process if someone is injured on your rental property. Let's say it was an acquaintance of the renter, not the renter themselves.

Any and all information is appreciated.

thanks

Elliot: if this isn't a hypothetical situation, the first thing you should do is call your insurance company. You shouldn't talk to anybody, explain or defend anything, or ask for advice, even here, until you've done that. The insurance company will tell you what they need you to do, if anything. Liability claims, fake or real, cost money and can go south in heart beat. Let the insurance company run the show. That's what you are paying them for.
