Northern California real estate lawyer referral

Looking for a real estate lawyer to get some legal advice on our recent purchase. If you have any idea on there rates that would help too. Here are a couple bullet points of the situation we’ve found ourselves in.

-Non permitted structure on property wasn’t disclosed, but it was a probate property.

-Loan Officer didn’t give us the right information on how payments would be made during the renovation process. Interest only on draws vs principle and interest.

I could probably write a book about what we’ve gone through but I want to keep things brief. Any help or referrals would be great!
