Title Issues on a quit Claim Deal
Hello! First post here on Bigger Pockets, and I need some advice on clearing a title. The Turn-key company I bought the property through a quit claim deed, failed to clear the title after over 1 year. I have communication saying they were working on it. Now I want to refinance and the title is not clear. Being new at this, I am wondering, when is it appropriate to get a real estate attorney involved, and if that would be beneficial?
