Purchasing tax deeds
I am interested in purchasing tax deeds for empty lots where I’m from in Fort Myers FL. One of my biggest concerns is when placing a bid on a property, how would you make sure it’s free and clear from any other liens or restrictions, besides them not paying their taxes. Basically how do you make sure it’s a marketable property and you don’t purchase any headaches
