Hurdlr - Income/Expense Tracking App, anyone use this app before?

I was wondering if anyone on here has used Hurdlr before?

The Tax Planning Company that I'm working with recommended it to me to track all of the income & expenses for the 4-Plex that I am about to close escrow on.

It's $60/year. Which isn't too high of a cost in my opinion, if it's as useful as it seems it could be.
