CPA needed for two separate businesses

I just purchased my first buy-and-hold investment property in February. It's located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and I will need a CPA to help me with my taxes. I also have a small mowing business in Missouri that operates under an LLC and I need a CPA/tax consultant for that business. Do I need two separate CPAs since those are in different states? Or am I better off hiring one CPA to handle my taxes?

@Corbin Jones No need to have more than one CPA - in my experience, that usually complicates matters.

Using one tax pro will likely make it easier on both you and the CPA since everything will be done under one roof.
