Investing in Fix & Flips with Liens

Hey all, new member here.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience in purchasing fix & flips with tax liens on them.

What is the process of getting the liens taken care of and/or discounted? I've heard of people getting the total lien discounted up to 80-90% off of the lien amount.

How likely is it that the lien will end up getting discounted?
