Bob Olah and Kyle Spiewak,

This is for both of you. Make friends with an attorney. Why would you use an off the shelf operating agreement? You could find that a single clause in that agreement could cause you to lost control of your investment or leave you wide open to liability.

First, use and attorney to start your LLC. Second, get referrals to help you find one.

Third, Take the time to talk to your tax adviser, financial planner, and attorney. Make sure they all agree on what is best for you.
