SD ROTH IRA
OK, I have seen a few strategies, but I figured I would open this up to the forum to see how others would do in my situation.
If you were 44 years old and had the following assets, what investments would you pursue and why?
1. A SD ROTH IRA that currently owns a SFR free and clear (worth $90K current appraised value, but purchased 4 years ago for $135K), rents for $900/month and has $225 in monthly expenses.
2. An employers 401K $45k traditional and $12K Roth.
3. A employers pension plan worth $24k in lump sum.
Assumption is that you are leaving the company that you have the 2 x employer plans in.
Again, what would you invest them in and why?
Thanks!
