currently use quicken 2009 and messages pop up that i'll have to upgrade soon. my question is for the quickbooks users that used to use quicken.

1. how long did it take you to learn quickbooks?
2. what can i do with quickbooks that i can't do with quicken?
3 are you happy that you moved to quickbooks?

4. anyone have quicken property manager 2012? how do you like it?

5. also, which quickbooks would be right for me? all i do is purchase rentals and personal stuff. no flips.

any advice would be appreciated.
