Lexington KY Lawyer Recommendations

Max Sherman
Posted

I just purchased a property in Lexington and I'm looking for a real estate investing aware lawyer who can help me do two things:

1. Transfer ownership of the property into an LLC (or some other legal structure) to reduce my personal liability

2. I'm looking to buy more properties with partners - the idea would be to form an LLC (or some other legal structure) with a partner and have an operating agreement describe how equity and cashflow are split. I need someone to help me write that operating agreement, and advise what legal structure makes the most sense.

So my question is... does anyone have any Lawyer recommendations?  I'd also be interested to hear anecdotes if anyone has done anything like this themselves.

Thanks!
