Termites found after closing. Not disclosed in SD

Day after closing, my team started demo, and we discovered extensive termite and wood rot damage that wasn’t disclosed in the sellers disclosure and wasn’t discovered during our inspections.

The seller lived at the property 15 years and did several projects which included replacing sub flooring that had been destroyed by termites.

What should I do?

@Luke MacLean, proving the seller knew about the issue and didn't disclosure it is the key.

You mention that the seller did work on the sub-floors. Go to the municipality and see if a permit was pulled. If so, get the name of the contractor and contact them. Maybe you can find out from them if there was more damage that was evident that didn't get fixed.
