No Lease Agreement in Ohio Notice to Vacate

Evicting a tenant with no lease in Ohio (Columbus) requires a 30 day notice instead of a 3 day? This is for non payment of rent.

@Hai Loc you are not evicting...you are electing to not renew the lease. 30-days is the requirement. The links above should help. 

The 3-day is a "pay or quit"...if you want to keep them as a tenant. 

If they refuse to go and squat in the unit, you'll need to move forward with eviction as a last resort...if it comes to that there are some other possible resolutions...eviction is an absolute last resort.
