Land Trust mistake, how to undo the Trust

I made a mistake. I bought a property in Texas (I live in another state). When problems with an eviction led me to believe I may be sued, I deeded the property to "Sue Smith (not real name), married woman, whose mailing address is 123 Main St. of City, State, Zip as Trustee and not personally of the 123 Main St. Land Trust..." I know, too much info. The County recorded her as the owner, not as the Trustee.
