After responding to a question regarding LLC's, it made me think about GL and PL coverage.
I'll e-mail my ins. broker later, but I'm just wondering 2 things here:
1) If your LLC is sued and the case doesn't go to court, do you file a claim against your PL for the legal fees?
2) Has anyone here had to file a claim against their PL and what were the major headaches you had to deal with?
