Should i put the rental properties in RE Trust?
I am just starting out and have three condo's that I will be purchasing over time. I like the idea of setting up a Real Estate Trust so it is not in my name. I want to be able to easily change trustees and percentage of ownership anytime i want. This is NOT an irrevocable trust. I will be the active manager and owner. Any suggestions? thanks in advance.
