Financing Construction Using SDIRA

I own a California SFR parcel free and clear. And, I'd like to build a home on the property for a build-and-hold strategy.

Can I use SDIRA funding (full or partial) for building permits, utilities and construction?

I do not intend to occupy the new home, rather rent it, and leverage equity for other projects.
