Florida Noob question - "confidentiality/registration agreement?
Visiting family in Florida and wanted to look at a few places. The selling broker wants me to sign a "confidentiality/registration agreement exclusive" agreement that looks mostly like an NDA, but without my own broker here I'm feeling a little like a fish out of water. Any advice on whether this is standard Florida practice? Should I get a broker or just sign so I can go see the places on my list? TIA!
