Every month I read magazines like Affordable Housing|Finance, and etc an I ALWAYS see advertisements for "Tax Credit Investments" & "Tax Credit Equity" & "Tax Credit Exchanges" & and my personal favorite "Tax Cost Segregation" HAHAHA (What ever the heck that is). Anyways, can someone please explain to me...

What it is? Who does it benefit? Are they geared towards developers? Buyers? This is not my niche so Im completely clueless on this.
