Need help finding an accountant

Hi all! I have been doing my taxes all of my life. My assets are now complex enough that I don’t feel confident in doing them. I had planned to wait until next year to find an accountant but I think that was a mistake.

Any tips on how to find an accountant with real estate investor clients in my area? I’m in Fairfield County in Connecticut. I am also aware it’s close to the deadline so accountants might have their hands full. Any advice is welcomed!
