Need a copy of a purchase and sale agreement WITH EMD sections

I have seen recently a wholesaler out of Arizona use a Wholesaler's Purchase and sale agreement that DOES NOT have a section for Earnest Money Deposit. and it specifically discloses that the buyer DOES NOT intend to buy, but just to find an END BUYER within 30 days. Does anyone have a PDF or Word version of that contract that you can send to me please?
