brand new LLC and tax classification
Hello BP community!
I have filled for my LLC in the state of New York and received a letter from the Department of Taxation and Finance. I am unsure if I should have my Single-Memeber LLC treated as Sole Proprietary or Corporation.
Any tips as to one or the other and why?
Please help, thank you!
