Can I convert an IRA into a Self Directed 401k?

So we know you can convert a 401K to an IRA. But can you do the reverse? Assuming you're self employed and have an IRA, can you convert it to a SD 401K? How about a Roth IRA into a SD Roth 401K? My ideal plan would be to convert my traditional IRA over to a Roth IRA and then convert the Roth IRA into a SD Roth 401k.
