I am in the process of setting up an LLC for note investing, I have a question regarding quartery LLC Tax payments

I know these are only made for Net Gains, If I continue to reinvest my gains into new notes does this allow me to avoid paying this tax?

Thank You

@Ashish Acharya ahh okkay!! and from what I read of your tax payment is less than 1000 dollars you do not have to submit quarterly payments

Thanks for explaining, I couldnt find information regarding this anywhere

1000 is your entire income. That includes your w-2.

If your investment is just 20k and your monthly payment is actually 250, I doubt you need to make a make a payment if this is only your additional source of income besides your w-2.

You can increase your w-2 withholding rather than making estimated payments.

However, analysis of your income is needed for definite answer.
