Looking to move personal IRA monies into a self directed IRA and work with a provider (custodian) and also set it up where other investors can easily work with the same company. Looking to establish a strong level of "continuity of service" with one entity understanding that will be suggesting other investors to consider them as an option as we bring deals forward..
