Any experience using a land trust in Ohio?

Hi all,

I'm making a loan on a Ohio SFR owned by an investor. I would like to hold the note and mortgage in a title holding trust/Land trust with me as the trustee. I'm a Florida resident. Does anyone have any experience holding property in a LT in Ohio? From a brief scan of the Ohio statute it looked like for an individual to be a trustee they needed to be a resident of OH. Is that correct? I've used LT in other states, but not Ohio. If anyone has an example of one they've used in OH that would be helpful. Thanks for any input.
