Contracts, options, agreements in Canada
Hey guys,
I'm from Manitoba, Canada so I would love if some Canadian investors could help out with an answer on this.
I looked up the Manitoba offer to purchase agreement, its about 4 pages long and has specific spots that pertain to realtors. If I am purchasing homes privately is there a different contact for this? Or is it as simple as leaving those realtor sections blank?
Also when looking into lease option strategies, I understand that it would be two agreements, one tenancy agreement and one option to purchase agreement. I could not find a standard option to purchase agreement for Manitoba. Is this something that I would have to pay a lawyer to draw up everytime I want this type of transaction done?
