Seeking an Ohio/Northern Kentucky Real Estate Lawyer

I'm a California based investor and have been researching the markets in Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky. I'm looking to setup an LLC to protect my other assets, but want to make sure 1) an LLC is the correct financial decision (as opposed to umbrella insurance) 2) I know the benefits of setting it up in Ohio vs. California, and 3) I set the LLC up correctly. Has anyone worked with a particularly good legal advisor in these areas? I'd really appreciate some recommendations.
