LLC for Rental Property - address for place of business

Hello - I have a rental property on a lake in Virginia. I own it free and clear - no mortgage. I have been renting it out for 5 years. It was suggested that I should hold the property in an LLC. I created the LLC last week. Now I have a couple questions:

Should the address for the place of business be my home address or the vacation property address?

If it should be the vacation property address - do I fix that by submitting Articles of Amendment to the State of Va?

How do I change the deed to reflect the newly formed LLC? The deed is currently on file with the clerk of court in Louisa County, VA.

Thanks!
