Self directed IRA real estate sale and repurchase

A year ago I purchased a lake lot with my Self-directed Roth IRA. I'd maybe like to buy that lot for myself. I know that I'm disqualified from purchasing from the IRA, but can the IRA sell it to a qualified purchaser, say a friend, and then I purchase it from the friend?
